Ted Kravitz won’t be hanging around the Red Bull hospitality center anytime soon. That’s because over the past few weeks he’s had a thing or two to say about 2x Champ Max Verstappen that hasn’t gone down too well with the Milton-Keynes-based outfit.

According to the British presenter, Verstappen robbed Hamilton of the 2021 title. What’s more? He also has been going on about how Verstappen’s victories in the last two seasons have been all down to the car and not Verstappen himself. In light of this, Red Bull decided to boycott Sky Sports at the Mexican Grand Prix weekend.

That being said, as per Red Bull boss Christian Horner, they’ve made their point and the boycott is over. As per Crash.net, he said, “There were some derogatory comments made so we took a break from Sky for this race.”

He explained, “Max was upset. We were upset and we made the decision to stand together as a team.”

“Some of the commentary is fair but some pieces are sensationalist, and saying we robbed anyone of the championship, as was said in Austin, is going too far. It is not impartial or fair or balanced.”

“We have said our piece and will go back to normal next race.”

Will the Upcoming Brazilian GP Be Considered Lewis Hamilton’s Home Race?

Ted Kravitz isn’t unfazed by the whole incident though. He has claimed to one Dutch reporter that the whole thing has been taken out of context and that he never meant to nor said anything that has irked the Bulls.

Kravitz believes this to be an edited-out and hyped media ploy against him. Plooij said, “He sent a WhatsApp to me, [saying]: ‘At no point have I ever said what Christian Horner, Jos [Verstappen], Raymond [Vermeulen, Verstappen’s manager] or anybody thinks I did and are apparently upset about.”
