Shocking ‘White Ferrari’ Claim Fuels Haas F1 Hype Around Mega Hungarian GP Upgrade

American team Haas faced a slump at the French Grand Prix. Their luck wasn’t so bright either, as Mick Schumacher, who was about to qualify into Q3, had his lap time deleted. Although Kevin Magnussen managed a Q3 entry, he was earlier ordered to start from the back of the grid after changes in his car.
Their double points streak had ended and Guenther Steiner’s camp had no significant updates to match the others. However, despite not having a particularly challenging car this season, the team has still managed a decent result. Especially Schumacher Jr. turned the season around after back-to-back outstanding performances.

Now, the team will finally have an upgrade that is set to make them faster. Michael Schmidt reported this, “It‘s a big upgrade. Günther Steiner told us that you will see the upgrade pretty easily, it‘s a complete different car. What I heard is that it’s going to be a white Ferrari.”
The much anticipated upgrades arrive on the VF-22 in Budapest this weekend.

Safe to say, K-Mag and Schumacher have performed quite well, whenever given a chance this season. The American team currently stands P7 in the constructors’ thanks to the solid team effort.
Irrespective of the end result, this will go down as a good season for Haas. They have catapulted themselves from the misery that was 2021, stunning the whole F1 fraternity. With lesser drama and the sensational return of Magnussen, they’ve looked much more peaceful.

There is a twist within the team, though. And this will possibly upset many Schumacher fans, given his machinery will not receive the upgrades. Despite performing incredibly well in the last few consecutive races, the driver will have to pay for his previous mistakes. The German crashed his car too many times.

Steiner confirmed this later with the reason, “There is only one car having the upgrade. And then the spares will be very lean even for that car. You know, everything came late, we had a lot of accidents this year…”
