Seven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton has gained so many things after toiling hard for so many years. The Mercedes driver has become one of the icons of the sport. Needless to say, he has an immense reputation and respectability that he has built over time.

Taking to Twitter, the F1 superstar posted a photo of him as a young boy on a skateboard. By the looks of it, Hamilton definitely had, and still has, an innovative side and skill set to him as well!

Lewis Hamilton revealed his mode of transportation at tracks during his karting days

He captioned the post stating, “My dad used to roller dance in his younger days and I found his old skates.

“I cleaned a bunch of cars to save up to buy a snakeboard and I took the wheels off of his skates which had amazing bearings on and put them on my board.”

He concluded by saying, “At kart tracks this was how I got around.”
