Hundreds of pedestrians admired the demonstration team of Red Bull Racing in the middle of Manhattan as they performed a pit stop on a demo car. This took place on Fifth Avenue, a street famous for being a shopper’s paradise in NYC.

The Red Bull demonstration car had a V8 engine, famous for its deafening howl, a sound that F1 fans miss quite dearly, now that the V8 has been replaced by Hybrid V6 engines. After the pitstop, the car drove off and performed a few donuts as the spectators looked on in delight.

Max Verstappen currently leads the championship standings after managing a spectacular P2 at Istanbul, where Hamilton could only manage a P5. Verstappen has 262.5 points and is only 6 points ahead of Lewis Hamilton who has 256.5 points.

With only 6 races to go, it’s pretty much confirmed that the title fight will go down to the wire and the person who can hold on to their nerves till the end, while putting in the best performances, will be the victor.
