Ferrari F1 driver Charles Leclerc is probably having the worst time in his 2022 F1 season. The Monegasque not only lost the fight for the championship, but his chances of finishing P2 in the championship also look bleak. After yet another mediocre performance from him in the sprint in Brazil, former Ferrari driver Felipe Massa opened up on him.

Leclerc started the year off with two brilliant wins in three races. Some mighty performances by the Ferrari driver at the start of the season made fans believe that he truly has the potential to challenge Max Verstappen for the 2022 Championship.
It was all going well until he faced a series of bad luck, one after the other. Not only has he retired a few times, citing reliability issues in his F1-75, but he has also been subjected to strategy errors by Scuderia Ferrari.

Much of the credit goes to the Italian team for his inability to contest head-to-head against Max Verstappen or Sergio Perez, due to them not making the right calls at the right time. With P1 already gone to Verstappen, it’ll be interesting to see if he can finally chase down P2 fighting Sergio Perez.
