At the press conference at the Monaco Grand Prix, Lando was questioned about the difference between ex-teammate, Sainz, and his new one from Perth, Ricciardo. Norris didn’t hesitate and said, “Their age probably, Daniel is quite old.”

How are Ricciardo and Lando doing at McLaren?

Before the season got underway, there was much hype built around the two to excel at the Woking-based outfit. However, It hasn’t gone quite that way so far this season. Norris has been scoring crucial points for the team while Daniel is still trying to get in sync with the car.

Norris has finished on the podium twice this year, one at the Emilia GP, where he placed third, and a similar finish at Monaco. On the other hand, Ricciardo hasn’t been able to finish inside the Top-5 so far this season but hopes to bring in the results he is expected to.

In terms of points scored, Norris finds himself in 4th place with 66 points, while the 7-time Grand Prix winner in 6th place with just 26 points. Not usual for a driver of his caliber.

However, we just finished the sixth round of the championship, and still a long way to go before the final race day in Abu Dhabi.
