Most Formula1 drivers are friends when they put their on-track rivalries aside. They travel from city to city with each other and enjoy a good rapport with each other. They are also not shy and will cheekily mess around with each other from time to time.

Whether it be something to do with their fellow driver’s outfit or their off-track antics, these guys do not hold back.

Charles Leclerc on Tsunoda’s shoes

Recently a clip of drivers Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez having a conversation about Yuki Tsunoda and his shoes hit Twitter.

Charles can been seen sarcastically commending the Japanese driver on his style. He said “Nice shoes Yuki, Stylish.” Yuki Tsunoda is quick to joke about himself and said ” (adds) at least 10cm” referring to his height.

However, later on, when questioned, Sergio Perez revealed that “They (the shoes) are not my style.” Although the fans have been loving the clip.

 

 

 

Ferrari in 2022

The Italian team has dominated the scene in 2022. A flawless outing in Bahrain saw Ferrari pick up a 1-2 finish. The second round in Jeddah saw another dominating performance but Charles Leclerc was just pipped to pole in qualifying by Sergio Perez. They also missed out on the race win in the dying stages when Max Verstappen beat Leclerc to the chequered flag.

Ferrari has been the quickest team on the grid so far. They currently lead the constructor’s standings by 40 points. It has also aided Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz to sit atop the driver’s standings.

They are, without any doubt, the team beat in the early part of the 2022 season. With Australia next on the calendar and reports of other teams bringing upgrades are in the air.

Will the Ferrari dominance continue this season or will someone else finally catch up?
