It is not often that F1 drivers can follow and achieve success in the sport if their fathers had also tasted success in the sport. This has been the case with Max Verstappen and Mick Schumacher as both their fathers, Jos Verstappen and Michael Schumacher, respectively, were also successful in Formula One.
Everyone in Formula One remembers Jos for his aggressive driving style in the 90s., while Michael is arguably the greatest F1 driver of all time, with multiple records and 7 world titles.

The former Ferrari driver even joked that the thought of their kids racing in F1 might cause friction in their friendship. But Jos, like ever, was more serious and revealed that there is a lot of time for that situation to happen.
“We have never had any sort of argument in our friendship. I think this is the first time we could have an argument if our sons would race each other. I think horse riding or golf is a much better sport for kids, isn’t it?” said Schumacher.
