WATCH: Mick Schumacher Escapes Horrifying Crash During Jeddah F1 as He Leaves For Hospital

Haas’ Mick Schumacher was involved in a disastrous crash. While the young chap was trying to put in a very fast lap, he just had the worst spinning. While the qualifying goes on, Leclerc was on the lead. The magnificent qualifying gave us a shock in the form of Lewis Hamilton exiting from Q1. As Schumacher Jr. was P9 and looked smooth with the turns, nobody saw this coming.

The crash was very horrific in nature as the car literally flew on the exit of turn 11 and was in shambles seconds later. With the impact instantly judged, the ambulance was quick to arrive on the scene. Mick seemed to be conscious and was talking to the doctors. However, he did not get out of the car for the longest time.

Schumacher took his time, and was fortunately out of the car and immediately taken to the medical center. Well, the incident was a surprise, but the Jeddah track can be horrific and drivers cannot afford to lose concentration. As the tracks get cleared, we sincerely hope no further crashes take place.

Last year saw Mick crashed into Jeddah’s walls during the race. As both the Haas’ were out back then, we hope it’s not the case now. As Mick’s partner seems to be doing well, we hope he gets back for the race.
