Not all F1 teams have fan bases as dedicated, loyal, and passionate as the Tifosis of Ferrari. So, when they got a chance to meet their star driver, Charles Leclerc, face to face, they did not shy away from the opportunity.
This interaction came after the Monegasque made those fans proud by securing a P4 start at their home Grand Prix.

The Formula One circus is in Italy for the upcoming race weekend. Ferrari fans took to the streets to welcome their number 16 driver Charles Leclerc and cheer him for the upcoming race.

This is the most the fans could’ve asked for, as they can no longer cheer on and celebrate Ferrari’s performance during the race, owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
Leclerc is well aware of the pace of the McLaren
The Monégasque driver set fourth fastest lap during qualifying, securing a P4 on the grid for Sunday’s race. So, while he is excited to start the race from a good position, he is still keeping an eye on the McLarens as he is well aware of their speed.
In the post-qualifying interview, Leclerc said, “I think it’s going to be a difficult race. We are lacking a little bit of straight-line speed, especially compared to the McLaren. So we’ll have to wait and see and hopefully we’ll have a good enough pace to go away [from the McLarens]. If not, it’s going to be difficult to keep them behind.

“It’s an amazing track. I love it because you cannot do any mistakes like I showed in FP2 taking the wall! But these things can happen tomorrow because we’ll all be pushing a lot.”
“There’s not much tyre management which is something that we like as drivers because we can push throughout the race, so it should be an exciting race tomorrow,” he concluded.
