When the F1 season ends, it is not uncommon to see the drivers and teams unwind after the long season. However, Scuderia Ferrari, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc took it to a whole new level. The Maranello squad took a trip to the Dolomites mountain range in Italy for a chance to have some fun.
In the process, everyone engaged in some serious team bonding, complete with snow groomers. Vettel, Leclerc, team boss Mattia Binotto and other Ferrari members, all took turns to man the snow groomers and created an impromptu circuit. All in all, they all looked like they had a really good time in the snow.

The Ferrari bonding experience was needed
On a more serious note, the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team had a rough 2019 season. In pre-season testing, they looked like the team to beat, but soon fell by the wayside when the season began. So, a break like this would be a natural stress-buster, especially since their late upgrade garnered a lot of negative attention.
To make matters worse, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc began warring amongst themselves for top dog status. Things came to a head at the 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix when they took each other out. Naturally, the tensions between the two drivers, was high and they needed to be pacified.

Mattia Binotto even confessed that they needed to handle the political game better. The Italian was convinced that the sage behind their new upgrade in 2019, and their rivals’ reactions, did them in. So, the 2020 season will be a clean slate for them and a chance at redemption.
Can Scuderia Ferrari regain what was once lost and bring back their glory days? Or will 2007 and 2008 remain as their last F1 drivers’ and constructors championships respectively? Only time will tell, as well as the performance of Mercedes and Red Bull in the near future.
