Lewis Hamilton the football player

If the Mercedes superstar was not an F1 driver, he could have done incredibly well as a football player. He had a hand in the very first goal itself, though it deflected off Jamie Redknapp for an own goal. Although Henry pulled one back, Hamilton helped surge ahead when he bagged an assist to Robert Pires’ goal.

Unfortunately, Lewis Hamilton came across a massive obstacle called Jamie Carragher. The former Liverpool defender managed to floor Hamilton on a few occasions. It got to a stage where the commentators joked that. Hamilton may injure himself before the Monaco GP.
