“What a Sh*t Move”: Daniel Ricciardo Faces the Fury of F1 Fans for Careless Shunt With Brazilian GP Hero Kevin Magnussen

Haas’ dream weekend ended with heartbreak as Daniel Ricciardo took Kevin Magnussen out in the first lap. Magnussen, who against all odds secured the pole position in qualifying, started in P8 after the sprint. However, the joy was short-lived as the Dane bowed out after an incident with Ricciardo in turn 9 of the first lap.

The turn 9 incident played a spoilsport for Haas as they looked to gain some points with both drivers. Mick Schumacher started out in P12 after an impressive sprint qualifying. Surprising everyone, the German took the position despite starting from the back of the grid. However Magnussen’s race is over, and fans are furious with Daniel Ricciardo.

The junior Haas driver shrugged off engine issues and displayed a stunning drive. Talking post-sprint race, he said, “We had a good opening lap which definitely helped bring us into position.”
