Winning a championship of any sort at one of the highest levels of motorsports isn’t easy, let alone winning it three times consecutively. But to Jamie Chadwick, it all seemed easier done than said as she remains the only champion of the W Series, an open-for-all-only women’s racing competition. But despite her tremendous success on the track, she has found it hard to move towards F1. Seeing this, Williams, already achieving more than all the inclusivity initiatives introduced by F1 and anyone else, has come out to help the British racing driver.

The 9-time constructors’ championships are set to continue their partnership with Chadwick. This move will certainly bring a smile to Lewis Hamilton’s face as he attempts to make things more accessible and inclusive.

Chadwick, who has been with Williams since 2019, revealed that she will continue to be a part of the Williams’ Driver Academy, where, as per the team, she will provide support to the race team as well. What’s more impressive is that Williams continues to support female talent despite the lack of financial incentives. This is surely something other teams and the governing body can learn from.

Confirming her commitment, she, as quoted by the Racer, said, “To be continuing my relationship with Williams is amazing; I’ve had their support since 2019. Having the opportunity to immerse myself within the team and keep that Formula 1 dream alive is very important. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
