The fairytale start of the season for Ferrari man Charles Leclerc has become a complete nightmare. In a space of 13 races, the Italian team turned their championship lead into a deficit. For this unfortunate twist of fate, Ferrari has only themselves to blame.
The poor team strategies and the unreliability of the car are the main causes for concern here. So far, Leclerc’s ill fate has played its part as the Monegasque lost out on a win from a leading position on four separate occasions. Although the poor luck seems to follow the Monegasque on and off track.

As you might know, Leclerc is a gamer and also streams in his free time. During one of his streams, while Leclerc was playing F1, his real life arguably played out in front of his eyes.

In the uncanny coincidence, Leclerc is strapped on with a set of tires during a pit stop in the game that he did not agree with. Sound familiar?
During the entire pit stop, the Ferrari man exclaimed, “Oh wait wait wait wait. No no no. NO!!!! You chose the wets, That is definitely the worst strategy ever!”

No one can make this up. It seems the F1 game has become too realistic. Anyway, the coincidence coupled with Leclerc’s reaction produced some situational comedy gold.

Charles Leclerc gets a word of advice from a former Ferrari driver
Leclerc has been openly critical of his team’s strategic calls during the course of the season. He feels Ferrari’s error in judgment has cost him dearly in the driver’s championship.
