The pair was one of the biggest guests to show up at the latest Monaco Grand Prix, with Dobrev, hanging around in the pit lane even after the weekend had come to a close, chatting with Mercedes’ leading boss, Toto Wolff, and several others. Such was the level of excitement that was residing in White and Dobrev over what was their first F1 Grand Prix visit.

If you’re wondering how they managed to treasure this sport, much like most American fans, it was Netflix’s Drive to Survive that inflicted the craze in the Olympian and his ‘The Vampire Diaries’ fame girlfriend.

But then the first series came out, and I was like, wow okay, this is really cool. It’s great!” Then arrived the most important part of the conversation – the incident featuring White and Dobrev.

Fuller started off by saying how non-motorsport fans have finally started to recognize Formula One in recent times and Buxton replied, “So, I was in Monaco…” Fuller immediately interrupted the Briton, saying, “I was gonna go there. Shaun White, a legend in my industry… never been to an F1…

Buxton then continued, “His other half approached me, and she’s just like babe babe babe it’s Will and then this guy comes across and he’s just like, ‘Oh my god! I love Drive to Survive’ and I looked at him and I was like Holy f*cking sh*t, you’re Shaun White!
