Despite being fully focused on the championship at hand, Lewis Hamilton is keeping tabs on all walks of life. Having worked on multiple clothing collections, he has fully immersed himself into the world of fashion.

So, it was not surprising to see when he took to social media to show support to her friend Serena Williams. The tennis legend and her entrepreneur husband Alexis Ohanian appeared on the red carpet of a Gucci event.

The seven-time world champion supported the 23-time Grand Slam champion attending an event. Hamilton posted a couple of heart emojis on his Instagram Story to extend his support.

As reported by GPFans, the Mercedes driver qualified a shocking P2 in the Mexican GP qualifying. The British driver was off the pace throughout the weekend but did a stellar job to get his Mercedes on the front row. But he will have his work cut out as his rival Max Verstappen might get a tow from him going into the first corner.

The straight in Mexico is different from Sochi. But Hamilton has a plan to tackle the situation. “It’s a little bit different. It’s obviously probably almost as long. If not, yeah, I don’t know exactly,” said Lewis.

“It feels exactly the same sort of length, but obviously, in Russia, there’s a lot more drag and a lot more tow-effect. Here there’s less but still, there is a tow effect and so you know, Valtteri and I will no doubt work as a team to try and hold one-two for the team.” said the Mercedes driver.

The start of the race in Mexico is crucial as both Hamilton and Verstappen are starting side by side. For Lewis, he has to win the race to minimize the gap in the championship to Max. He is 12 points behind the Red Bull driver with 5 races to go.
