Despite Chelsea having a strong squad, the signing of Ronaldo has meant the title race in the Premier League will be a tightly contested affair. Romelu Lukaku arrived at Stamford Bridge and made an instant impact with his hold-up play.

Manchester City’s hopes of signing a striker seem to have gone down the drain with Harry Kane choosing to stay with Tottenham Hotspur. Liverpool, in the meantime, did not add key players to their squad while sticking to their usual squad.
