Let’s goo.” Playing at the major is certainly also in line with the PGA Tour pro’s potential schedule, wherein he aims to participate in all the major championships. The fans were hyped.

Seeing the golf champion all kitted up on the golf course drove the fans wild. From his shoes to his club, they made note of it all. One even pointed out Woods’ superstition of keeping his glove in his back left pocket.

Some even questioned why Nike hadn’t made him a special boot to account for his constant injuries and the policeman’s heel he’s been facing of late. 

Fans were also in disbelief about the 15-time major winner being there to scout for an event four months away.

Just days ago, the golf pro took to Twitter to announce his return to the Tour. In 11 words, he rekindled a dormant flame among golf fans. “I’m ready to play an actual PGA Tour event next week,” he wrote. The 82-time PGA Tour winner will be in the field for the Genesis Invitational at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles this week.

He’ll be competing for the whopping $20 million purse, but more than the money, he’ll be looking forward to perhaps grabbing his first win at the Riviera and his 83rd on the Tour. It surely won’t be easy with his injuries and time off. But he’s Tiger Woods; if there’s anyone who can do it, it’s him.
