Nelly Korda’s recent outings after her month-long hiatus, didn’t go as planned. After finishing at the sixteenth position on the leaderboard at the BMW Ladies Championship, this time the LPGA Star managed to slide into the top ten. But another winless tournament means Korda might have to endure a trophyless season for the first time since her rookie year.

However, in moments of intense pressure, Korda’s close friend turned up to raise the 26-year-old golfer’s spirits. The current world no. 6 appeared to be in a jovial mood as the BFFs were spotted hanging out in a plush Malaysian restaurant.

LPGA Star Megan Khang uploaded a short clip on her Instagram story. She was dining out at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur with her two friends and colleagues. Captioning the story with ‘Sista’ the one-time LPGA Tour winner appeared to show her food and then eventually panned the camera right to reveal who was standing (or should we say dancing?) next to her.

It was a jovial Nelly Korda who appeared to be dancing to the tune of Megan Khang. German golfer Olivia Cowan also appeared by their side. What were the LPGA stars feasting on?

Nothing unhealthy. Khang was having what appeared to be either cold coffee or a chocolate shake with a cupcake. Whereas, Korda appeared to have only a cheesecake on her plate with a latte, while Cowan was happy with only a cupcake.

After Khang’s maiden LPGA Tour victory at CPKC Canada, the nine-time LPGA Tour winner planned a surprise celebration for her. Now, in Kuala Lumpur, it appears the LPGA stars are still bonding over at the restaurant after the play was stopped because of inclement weather.
