With only part of the 2024 schedule revealed, the Smash GC captain has been eagerly asking for the rest of the schedule for the upcoming season. However, when it came to his turn to reveal some information to the circuit, he decided to get back at the league, albeit hilariously, leaving everyone surprised and stupefied!

The PIF-funded circuit confirmed the dates for the Adelaide event in 2024 in April. However, the rest of the schedule, being unconfirmed, got on the mind of the 33-year-old Koepka as he took to his social media handles again and again to show his anticipation for the same. When the league asked him about news regarding his team, he decided to play the wise guy!

A recent update shared by the Instagram handles of the Dustin Johnson-led 4Aces GC and LIV Golf confirmed the team’s line-up. It mentioned the players in their 2024 squad: Johnson, Peter Uihlein, Pat Perez, and Patrick Reed. However, what followed next under the post is nothing short of hilarious, as the Saudi-backed League went ahead to comment and ask the Koepka about his squad’s confirmation, “How’s your team looking? asking for a friend.”

The 3X LIV Golf Champ decided to clap back and even the score with the circuit as he funnily commented, “We’re used to the waiting game,” thereby taking a subtle jab at the schedule remaining unconfirmed till now.

This is but the third time that Koepka has made his comedic side against the tussle with LIV Golf, known to the world. However, it would be a humorous recall, no doubt, if one were to look back to where it all started between the two.

It all started when the PIF-funded circuit decided to be interactive with the fans and uploaded a post on its social media handle. It consisted of a screenshot, albeit photoshopped, of a “DM” displaying messages from top golfers in the league, all the while asking the followers to whom they would reply. Koepka did not waste this opportunity to comment, “The DM with the schedule for the next year would be nice,” starting off what would be a hilarious tussle between the two.

Although he deleted the first comment later on, it was followed by another instance where the 9X PGA Tour champ replied to an Instagram post by the league. The series of snaps showcased many of the athletes wearing stylish shoes on the greens, all the while asking the fans which pair they were “rocking on the course.” Thus came the 33-year-old again with another one of his cheeky jabs: “We don’t know what course because we haven’t seen the schedule.”

Hilarious much? Well, the golfing community is surely in for an entertaining time ahead as the 5X major champ tries to pry the details of the upcoming tournaments from the Middle Eastern circuit, in a humorous manner no less!
