Korda, without any doubt, is one of the biggest family names in the world of sports. They are specifically famous for their close bond with each other. With father Petr Korda and brother Sebastian Korda being Tennis pros, and the sister siblings being golf pros the bond that Nelly Korda and Jessica Korda share is not out of the blue. The sisters have been there for each other on and off the golf course.

The 2023 Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown in San Francisco saw Nelly take the greens along with three other team members. Sadly, the United States Team suffered a defeat in the semi-finals, however, won the consolation match for the third position. Hours after the tournament ended, the star took it Instagram to share a personal moment.

The world no. 1 has her way of de-stressing after a major tournament. The 2023 International Crown saw amazing gameplay from the top eight teams, though, Thailand secured the ultimate victory. Nelly Korda and the team ended up as second runners-up, with players rejoicing their victory over the Swedes. While social media was bustling with the news surrounding the tournament, Nelly also provided a glimpse of her post-match day. The picture displayed a close-up of Nelly’s bed, highlighting the adorable stuffed animals lying on it. One of which was from her older sister. Overall, the story reflected the professional golfer’s sentiment towards the gift and emphasized the affinity shared by the two siblings.

Jessica and Nelly have shared an intimate relationship since they were kids. Jessica even once mentioned that the two share a bond full of mutual respect. Nelly Korda shares a personal moment after the disheartening end to the 2023 International Crown
The World No.30, Jessica Korda suffered a similar fate in 2018. The U.S. Team ended up as the runners-up for the International Crown. Thus, to see her sending support to Nelly after the Americans couldn’t win the title is heart-warming. The team advanced into the semifinals, only to be handed a defeat by Thai golfers. However, some positivity was found from their victory against Sweden on the final day where Nelly pulled a 3-and-2 victory over Maja Stark.
