Faxon said, “Tiger wants to compete. He doesn’t want to just be a celebrity and show up at the masters, he wants to be able to play, he wants to be able to play 72 holes, and he wants to be in competition. He wants to have a chance to win.”

He added, “I don’t think Tiger Woods shows up unless he can do that. And for him to figure out whether he can play 72 holes walking when he hasn’t done that. I thought it was 50-50. Last time I was on your show. I think it’s a little less than that now.” However, only time will tell if Tiger is a hundred percent sure about competing at the 2022 Masters.
