The golfer attended a press conference ahead of the Pelican Women’s Championship. Despite being a celebrity, she reflected the signs of being as normal as us. The seven times LPGA winner was talking about her new home and the stress that surrounds her doing all the work. She said, “Oh my gosh, it’s so stressful. I hate it. I literally hate it.”

The LPGA golfer is busy building her house, which has given her immense stress that she has reached the point of hating it. However, she has a full-time interior designer who helps her select colors, furniture, and textures. But still, Korda feels it is very overwhelming for her. She said, “I have an interior designer, and she helps me a lot. And I’m like, this is all you like.” The pro golfer entirely relies on her designer to pick the right option for her new home. 

Not just that, during the whole house-building process, she added extra words to her vocabulary, like roof trusses. She admitted that these words would have never crossed her path if she wasn’t busy in the process of house building. However, she was not stressed only, but happy too. The former number one in the Women’s World Golf Rankings said it had been an exciting time to build houses, and it’s fun. It takes her mind off of golf when she’s home.

What is Korda looking forward to?

Korda is ready to claim her title at the Pelican Women’s Championship again this year. Last year she emerged victorious from a four-person playoff and won the tournament. The Pro golfer carded a birdie on the first playoff hole, the par-4 18th. She was tied to Lexi Thompson but later claimed the victory.
