This time, Spiranac was called out for speaking about Keegan Bradley – who was too slow while reading a four-foot putt. While many people shared their opinion on the same, Spiranac and AimPoint argued over the golfer’s involvement.

People reacted with their own opinion on Twitter. Most sided with Spiranac, while also criticizing AimPoint. People tried to reason with AimPoint, who seemed offended by Spiranac’s words.

“Nightmare fuel,” Spiranac wrote on Twitter, while also sharing a video along with it.

One of the responses Spiranac received called referred to AimPoint as a green-reading method, which was going against Spiranac.

“It’s personal now,” Spiranac responded.

While the 29-year-old ended up responding enthusiastically, it was no longer just about putting and systems for Spiranac. Always an advocate against bullying, the former professional seemed to have taken the comment personally.

This could also mean that while Spiranac had kept it about golf itself, the feud was made personal by AimPoint.

Was Spiranac bullied?

Having been bullied when she was younger, Spiranac often speaks openly about the topic. She also works with CyberSmile, which is a non-profit organization that deals with cyberbullying and digital abuse.

“As an ambassador for Cybersmile, I go to schools all around the country and I speak to young girls and boys about cyberbullying, what it is and it should never get to that point where – you know – that worst scenario,” Spiranac said while speaking to SI.

Her response made it clear that while she is ready to take on anyone on Twitter, this is a personal topic for her.
