In the 2020-2021 PGA Tour season, Bryson DeChambeau had a driving distance of 323.7 and was also the first in strokes gained off-the-tee. However, a recent stat presented by Golf Digest, of 2021-2022, DeChambeau does not feature among the top five.

The player has been struggling with injuries to his left-hand and hip for some time now and is unable to attend golf events. Owing to his injury, he was not able to make a run to defend his title at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He was also not a part of the field last week at the Players Championship. He is placed at seventh position with a drive of 403 yards at the Sentry Tournament of Champions.

Another thing to notice is that most of the long drives come at Sentry Tournament of Champions. Proving that it is a heaven for long hitters. It must be really agonizing for Bryson to not be in the top five in the stat that he comfortably could top.

Bryson made a strong at the opening event of the 2022 season. He ended the season opener, Sentry Tournament of Champions with an overall score of 16-under-par, finishing at tied 25th position.
