Is the LPGA Tour getting LIV Golf-ified? The Ladies European Tour was already heavily linked with the PIF thanks to the Global Series. And it was attracting some top stars like Charley Hull, Georgia Hall, & Carlota Ciganda. Recently, the LPGA Tour also confirmed a $4 million event co-sanctioned with the LET, the Aramco Championship, that will be added to the women’s golf calendar. And now, the Tour has revealed that they have added an important leader from LIV Golf to their team.

The official LPGA Tour X account tweeted, “We’re thrilled to announce Monica Fee as the new Chief Sales and Partnerships Officer 🙌. Fee will oversee the LPGA’s global sales and partnership strategy, driving revenue through official marketing partnerships, tournament title sponsorships, and other commercial assets.”
Before this, Fee used to work as the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Partnerships for LIV Golf Investments for nearly 4 years. Fee left the position in October 2025. Only a few days after leaving LIV Golf Investments, she was hired by the LPGA Tour. And not only did she get a better position in the biggest women’s golf Tour in the world, but she also became the leader in her role within the organization.

According to the information shared about her experience in the comment, she had been working for LIV Golf since its inception and built and led its commercial enterprise. Fee was responsible for overseeing global sales, partner management, and brand development across international markets. She was also recognized by Adweek as one of the most powerful women in sports

New LPGA Tour Executive, Monica Fee’s educational & career background
Before jumping into her experience, let’s understand where Monica Fee completed her education. She did her schooling in Hingham High School. Then she moved to Elon University to complete her degree as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Psychology. While she may have specialized in psychology, it seems that Fee was always inclined to pursue a career in sports.

She joined a firm called William Morris Endeavor as a Sports Broadcaster on Television. After working in the position for a year and five months, she was promoted to the role of Corporate Consulting. Altogether, Fee worked in the company for 2 years & 3 months from May 2005 to July 2007. Then she moved to Creative Artists Agency in the role of Global Brand Partnerships. Monica thrived in the same role for 14 years & 6 months. T
he only thing that convinced her to move from there was a lucrative offer from LIV Golf Investments. And after spending nearly 4 years there, she has finally taken up a leadership role in the LPGA Tour. That’s quite an impressive resume.
