They said that Spiranac looks good online only because she had many filters on. They also went on to comment on her weight gain and said that Spiranac did not look like herself.

Giving her explanation, she said when it comes to posting online or a show; she chooses the best pictures to post. Lighting, background, types of equipment, everything plays a role in making a picture look great, and a lot of hard work goes into taking a good picture. But, in a stadium, that is not possible. There is a fluorescent overhead light and shadows, which does not result in a good picture. No one can look good all the time. Spiranac said, “no one can do that even the most beautiful woman.”

How Spiranac handles body-shamers

The bold and beautiful Spiranac is strong when handling such situations online. She honestly puts out her views and also takes a stand against body shaming and cyber bullying. Another such incident was from earlier this year, where a man called her fat in a comment, and Spiranac says that such comments do affect her, after all she’s human.

She said that she had to literally delete the comment on her body, along with 30 other comments. The internet sensation said that she understands that her body is a huge part of the brand she has created, but as a human, it is not possible to maintain the same weight throughout, and neither should anyone be shamed for how they look, ever.
