Last week, TaylorMade’s new video featuring the likes of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa, and Scottie Scheffler, offered fans a wholesome glimpse into the relationship between the Tour pros. But one thing in particular that piqued the interest of golf fans was the disclosure of young Woods’ skills.
At one point, Morikawa, asked the 15-time major winner if his son had beaten him yet. “Not yet, but he outdrove me the other day, though,” came Woods’ prompt reply. “Shut up,” said Morikawa expressing his disbelief. “Even if he carries a 260, that still should not beat you.”
However, Woods went on to reveal more about his son’s accomplishments, saying, “I hit a little spinner into the wind, and he did just a tomahawk.” He further shed light on his son’s future plans, which will evoke strong sentiments in fans given the 47-year-old’s ongoing form.
