However, Woods cleared a big rumor about him, which involved having a poster of Jack Nicklaus’ 18 major victories in his bedroom. When the interviewer asked him about the same, Woods clarified that it was all a “major misconception.” He said that there were other posters of Jack Nicklaus, but there was never one of him winning 18 major championships.

Which posters of Jack Nicklaus did Woods have on his bedroom wall?
Tiger Woods further clarified that he had around six posters of Jack Nicklaus. “It was the first time he broke 40, the first time he broke 80, the first golf tournament he ever won, first time he ever won the state amateur, first time he won the U.S. Amateur, and the first time he won the U.S. Open,” Woods said.
According to Woods, all the posters were motivating factors for him to be the best. He wanted to beat all of those Jack Nicklaus’ benchmarks before the age at which Nicklaus set those records. And when asked if he was able to do it, he said he beat them all!
