Bryson DeChambeau, American professional golfer, made an appearance on TikTok star Daniel Macdonald’s recent post. He surprised us all when he took part in a viral trend with the star who has 11m+ followers on TikTok.
Dan Mac, as he is commonly known, is the founder of the viral ‘what do you do for a living’ trend. In this, he asks expensive and rare car owners regarding their job and college degrees. In his latest venture called ‘Players Garage,’ he features famous sports players in his videos.

Bryson DeChambeau ‘nukes it for a living’
Appearing in his $220,000 Bentley Bentayga, DeChambeau is asked what he does for a living. He jokingly replies, “I nuke it for a living.”
From what we can gather, this was a reference to the power and distance play he is notorious for in the golfing world. His win in 2020 U.S. Championship triggered a lot of debates revolving around the pros and cons of such play, and what it means for the future of golf.

In the video, DeChambeau then went head to head with his friend Martin Borgmeier, the European long drive champion. The latter won the first round to see who could hit a longer drive.

Next, they played a match of ping pong in DeChambeau’s house, which was also won by the German. Finally, the 2020 U.S. Open victor played to beat his own previous long drive distance, which he successfully did.

A few days ago, Bryson DeChambeau was spotted in Whistling Straits with the U.S. Ryder Cup team. They spent 2 days practicing and strategizing ahead of the 2021 Ryder Cup, which is scheduled from September 24 to 26. The ‘statistically best’ U.S. team will play defending champions Team Europe in the biennial cup.
