Ryder Cup has been the last prominent appearance of Justin Thomas on the greens. While many thought the patriotic run might ease things out for the 2-time winner, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Prior to the biennial event, JT didn’t exactly have an ideal season and well, it seems that the battles continue for the golfer as he has been taking things slow.

However, amidst this, the 30-year-old golfer has some positivity to share. Interestingly, it has nothing to do with golf; except maybe the company he shared in the form of Max Homa. Looks like JT has a new profession to cater to, one that has even the golfer all cracking up.

The new amateur profession of Justin Thomas

This season of golf has been tough for many players, especially professionals like Justin Thomas. After playing the Ryder Cup, the fans have hardly seen the PGA Tour star in action. The last tournament he played before Ryder Cup was the Fortinet Championship in September where he finished on solo 5th.

Currently, he is enjoying his free time with his wife and Max Homa’s family on the safari of Savanna. Many updates shared by Max Homa on his Instagram stories show Homa, his wife Lacey Homa, Thomas, and his wife Jilian relishing a day full of adventures in Savanna.

In one of the videos that Homa was recording, Thomas humorously could be seen taking the role of a zoologist and examining the footprints of a dog. Circling a print of the ground and embodying the persona of an expert, he could be heard adding, “This looks like this has been left here by a dog. I have been only here for a couple of days and I don’t know what Kind of dogs there are here.”

In another video looking at Lacey and Jilian from binoculars, Thomas says, “It appears that the woman is about to eat breakfast.” Keeping the lighthearted tone of the videos alive, Thomas can be seen making multiple jokes. This seems like a much-needed break for the professionals before getting back on the course.
