While focusing on workout routines, a gymnast requires flexibility and core strength to perform well during competitions. After eating her breakfast which comprises Kellogg’s red berries or egg whites, Biles goes to the gym to practice from 9 am to 12 pm. Soon after, she grabs some chicken or fish and heads back to the gym after a break from 3 pm to 6 pm. Her workout routines last for six hours while focusing on different exercises.
