Haas’ Team Principal, Guenther Steiner, on multiple occasions, hinted at a possible change in Haas’ line-up for the next season. The Italian was particularly unhappy with Grosjean this season. Hence leaving the Frenchman out of the line-up for next season would not be a surprise to a lot of people.
The news of sacking both the drivers has hinted at the fact that Haas have opted for a complete structural rejig. With the regulation changes coming up in 2022, Haas will be hoping to start afresh with two new faces and see if they could turn things around for the good.
