The NFL player Greg Hardy is more than happy with his MMA career so far. He has a winning record in professional fighting and has adapted to a new career seamlessly. The fighter has set goals for himself and is looking to crack into the top 10 list by this time next year.
To achieve that objective, Greg Hardy took a step in the right direction as he registered a win at UFC Fight Night: Hall vs Silva. He went up against Maurice Greene and took the bout in the second round via a knockout.

This was Hardy’s second fight and win since UFC returned from the lockdown. As always in MMA, fans wonder what’s next and the same holds for the former Dallas Cowboys player turned UFC heavyweight.
Greg Hardy is ready to fight again
Hardy has been on an upward trajectory ever since falling to Alexander Volkov in 2019. He has defined professional goals for himself and needs to fight quickly to accomplish these.
At an interview before his last fight, Hardy said, “Two-and-a-half years ago I didn’t know how to throw a punch. I didn’t know how to throw a leg kick. I’m so far ahead from what I was supposed to be and where I thought I’d be. We’re in a whole different planet and whole different organism. It’s inhuman.”

Setting focus on the year to come, he said, “I want to take it up a couple of notches because I’m starting to realize to get to that goal level. … By this time next year we need to be top-ranked level. We need to be top-10 talent. We need to be moving as if I’d been here for 10 years.”
Watching Greg Hardy inside the octagon doesn’t seem odd. It truly looks like he’s been at it for a while and is not a newbie. After he improved his professional record up to 7-2-0 (1 NC) the fighter revealed that he was good to fight at the Apex once more next week.
