Scutnik’s transformation video was shared by a fitness page on Instagram called GymTears. In this clip, the woman is showing her results postpartum. She shared the point of view of never stopping lifting heavy weights; she did so for better results after giving birth to her second child.

However, GymTears shared this post with a caption. According to them, doing core exercises during pregnancy is essential. People who claim that this is unsafe rely on old information. They also added, “This isn’t about “having abs” it’s about being a well-functioning mom and human to do the daily things you need to do with ease‼️”

People disapprove of Scutnik’s actions during pregnancy

The comments section of the post was flooded with negativity. Many were against Scutnik doing such exercises. One person showed their concern by saying, “I wonder if it is dangerous.” Another person wrote, “Why ppl act like przegnancy and being postpartum is something weird and ugly and we can’t look like postpartum while we are postpartum wtf.”

Another wrote that they felt sad seeing this and didn’t want to look further. One person supported her decision and said that those who were used to intense workouts could continue doing it.
