American legend Serena Williams is currently in Melbourne, in her quest to lift a much-awaited 24th Grand Slam title. She played her opening round match against Germany’s Laura Siegemund. Williams sailed smooth and won the match in straight sets 6-1 6-1 and finished it in less than an hour.
When Williams stepped on the court, she wore a stunning outfit, seeking inspiration from Florence Joyner, a former American athlete who set world records in the 100 meters and 200 meters. She was an Olympic Gold Medalist too.
Serena’s outfit is similarly designed to that of Joyner’s, comprising a mixture of pink, black, and a slight tinge of orange colors.
