Knicks’ Julius Randle Has an Angry Altercation With Coach During Loss to Lakers

New York Knicks have been struggling this season and have been hitting a new low day by day. The Knicks recently lost against another struggling NBA side, Los Angeles Lakers. The Knicks lost 115-122 in overtime to the Lakers at the Crypto.com Arena. Another incident from the game has gone viral when an angry Julius Randle had a heated confrontation with the Knicks coach.

New York Knicks are currently 12th in the eastern conference table with a 24-29 record. They recently lost their 29th game of the season against the Lakers, which went to OT. However, it’s clear that they haven’t been able to find their mojo back.

Julius Randle has been struggling to find form this season and is one of the prime reasons why the Knicks are not even in the top 10. He is now trending on all social media for his altercation with the video coordinator Scott King.

Julius Randle altercation with Knicks coach

During the team’s OT loss vs the Lakers, Randle engaged in a heated confrontation with the team’s video coordinator Scott King. He is spotted slapping King’s laptop while the latter tries to show something to him.

The exact reason behind Randle’s confrontation with King isn’t known yet. King was just doing his job as the video coordinator of the team. But there has probably never been any bad blood between the two and the incident appears to have happened during the heat of the moment. It’s clearly visible that was frustrated during the game and engaged in an altercation with King.

Julius Randle finished the game vs Lakers with 32 points, 16 rebounds, and 7 assists. However, this was one of his better games this season. He had a good game vs the Lakers along with RJ Barret. Randle was named the NBA’s Most Improved Player for last season due to his performances. However, he has failed to live up to the expectations from last season.
