In his Instagram caption, he wrote, “Staying in shape is something so many of us struggle with. My weight fluctuates every week with all this travelling. One week I bulk up and then other weeks I lose muscles and put on fat. Can honestly say I’ve never been 100% happy with my look, that’s why I just keep working at it.’”

The Mercedes driver also revealed that he chooses to fight and work through tough days.

“I have days I can’t be assed but then the days I can are so rewarding,’ he continued. ‘Just want to let you know that whilst you are perfect just the way you are, if you want change only you can do it.”

‘Hiring a trainer to walk you through it can help but ultimately it’s how much you want it. That’s why I don’t actually have a trainer. That’s my stubborn side. So here’s me, imperfections and all flaws but I chose to keep fighting and working on being a better me. You can invest in yourself.”
