With the Houston Astros winning the World Series, celebrations are going on. Rookie shortstop Jeremy Peña and the manager Dusty Baker are the two main centers of celebration.
Baker had a first-ever World Series win as a manager in all of his career, while Peña became the first rookie to hit a homer in the World Series and won Gold Glove, WS MVP, and ALCS MVP, all in the same year. But there are two other names who are getting almost the same buzz as the shortstop and the manager.

One of those two is Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, whose champagne is the one Astros celebrated their win with. The other is the Houston furniture businessman, Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale. He won a substantial amount of money by putting multiple bets on the Astros.

The star shortstop, Jeremy Peña, posed with the World Series trophy, but there was a bottle of champagne beside him. That bottle of champagne is known as Le Chemin du Roi and is worth $160,000.

After naming the rapper’s Le Chemin du Roi Champagne as “Premium Champagne” and Branson Cognac as the “Official Cognac” of the Astros, it seems natural for the team to celebrate the win with the finest spirits of theirs.
A couple of months ago, the Astros announced a partnership with the rapper for two of his spirits. As it seems, the Astros were pretty sure of their win as early as September. Also, they wanted to make sure they had the best to celebrate with the World Series win.

In total, the Astros celebrated with $388,000 worth of his spirits. Considering that the team’s worth is around $2 billion, this amount of money spent seems like not the wrong thing to do.

In the American League Division Series, the Astros swept up the Seattle Mariners in three games. Then they advanced to the American League Champion Series.
