As reported in the New York Post, the Yankee spoke about being Alcala’s partner and parenting two children with her. Upon being asked about his fatherhood, he shared, “It’s the best thing that I’ve ever done. It beats any home run, it beats any big play I’ve ever done. The biggest play I’ve ever done was holding my son after he was born.” Now those words reflect plentiful about the nurturing nature of his relationship with his Yamille.

The outfielder detailed, “They’ve humbled me a lot, they’ve kind of grounded me a lot as well, and just really helped me just kind of turn into like a kid, and become a man. My kids are my world, man.” These words speak volumes of how his family is.
