Jim ‘Mattress Mack’ Mclngvale will $75 million if the Houston Astros win the 2022 World Series

Per CBS Sports, Jim ‘Mattress Mack’ Mclngvale, who owns a furniture shop in Houston, has been betting on sports for a while now. Earlier this year, he also won an estimated $15 million when he had placed a bet on the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

And now, he has placed a bet on the American League champs Houston Astros. Yes! If the Astros win the 2022 World Series, Mattress Mack will cash out a whopping $75 million amount. And if this happens, Mattress Mack will win the largest recorded payout in legal sports betting history.

A few fans wished the Houston Astros to win the World Series so that Mattress Mack can win his $75 million. However, several fans believe that Mattress Mack will jinx the Astros’ chances of winning the prestigious title.
