Roger Maris Jr. takes a dig at the New York Yankees’ glorious years while celebrating Aaron Judge
There is nothing wrong with celebrating Aaron Judge for the great player he has been this year. But Maris Jr. may have hurt the Yankees fans while cheering for Judge. Notably, the Pinstripes saw their golden years between 1998 and 2001.
During that time, the Derek Jeter-led Yankees were almost unbeatable in the entire MLB. They played four World Series in four years. Considering this fact, no one can deny that the Jeter-led Yankees dominated that era.
