As per Andy Kostka, the ownership consists of “Maryland leaders, philanthropists and sports legends.“

With this change in leadership, there could come a decent financial aspect. With multiple players receiving raises via arbitration, that figure is likely to swell up to a little over $80 million this year. Now despite it being MLB’s bottom third, the team’s pocket would relatively be far deeper.
