Both superstar athletes are working on a project worth $350 million in Vineland on the lines of Magic Sports Complex. And according to the latest update, the project is ready to go into its next stage with crucial approval from the planning department.

But according to some recent reports, it is not the only project which will shape new greens for golf lovers. Another golf project has cleared its inception stage as Trout’s dream project moves to its completion. They have planned it near the PGA office in Texas and could become a potential challenger to Trout’s cherished dream.

A New Luxury Golf Resort Takes Shape

Since March this year, there has been hype regarding Trout Reserve. But it seems it is not the only luxury golf project for golf fanatics to explore. According to Front Office Sports, TaylorMade, a golf equipment company, will bring the same luxurious experience similar to New Jersey to Texas.

They shared the basic outline of the project in an X post. It read, “TaylorMade is building a new luxury golf resort next to PGA of America HQ in Frisco, TX — The Bays Golf Experience and Suites. • Four stories • Hitting bays on each suite balcony • Custom club fittings • The largest TV screen in North Texas. It’s set to open in Spring 2025.”

According to frontofficesports.com TaylorMade CEO David Abeles has called it a thrilling experience. He said during the project unveiling, “TaylorMade is thrilled to build out a new custom fitting center at The Bays in Frisco. We look forward to welcoming players from around the world and helping them improve their game with the most advanced and innovative products TaylorMade offers,” Given that the project is expected to be completed by 2025, it will coincide with Trout’s dream project.
