Right from the start of the 2022 regular season, the LA Dodgers have been the favorite to win the championship this year. And why not? In the name of Mookie Betts, Trea Turner, and Freddie Freeman from the plate and Clayton Kershaw and Tony Gonsolin, the Dodgers have everything covered up in their roster.

With 92 wins already in their name, the Dodgers are all set to become the first team to hit the 100-win mark this season. When talking about Mookie Betts, the Dodgers right fielder is in a beast mode right now.

Apart from being an excellent ballplayer, Mookie is also a wonderful human being. Recently, during the third game of the series against the Padres, Mookie shared a heartwarming conversation with Juan Soto. This gesture by the Dodgers star has already won the internet.

Mookie Betts had nothing but respect for the Padres slugger Juan Soto

Be it, Mookie Betts or Juan Soto, the two are serial hitters for their sides. Even though Mookie is senior to Soto, he did not hesitate to complement the rival player. During the third game on Sunday, Betts was mic’d up for ESPN. And whatever he said was clearly audible to everyone.

In a video going viral on the internet, the Dodgers slugger is having a chat with Soto. Mookie jokingly asked the Padres star if he could have his eyes. “Can I use your eyes?” said Mookie. Notably, Soto’s eye coordination helps him to launch moonshots from the plate.
