Who would have thought Matt Carpenter—a 36-years-old rejected infielder—will be having his best-ever MLB season with the best team in MLB history. It was a home run party for the Yankees hitters on Friday. After suffering a loss in the first game, the Pinstripes made a statement comeback in the second game. Under the leadership of Aaron Judge, the Yankees have been phenomenal in the ongoing MLB season.

With 33 home runs from the plate, Judge is the frontrunner for the American League MVP. While the second half of the 2022 MLB season is yet to be played, Judge’s form will be crucial for the Yankees. Only time will tell how far the Yankees will go this season.
