San Diego Padres was the nucleus of news a month back when Fernando Tatis Jr. tested positive for a banned substance. Following Tatis’ suspension, the majority of the roster pressure approached their next star in line, Juan Soto. Rookie outfielder Juan Soto made his MLB debut back in 2018 with Washington Nationals. Since then, he’s won a World Championship, two Silver Slugger Awards, NL batting champion, and has appeared on two All-Star teams.
On the other hand, righty pitcher Joe Musgrove made his MLB debut in 2016 with Houston Astros. He won the World Championship with them in 2017 and then moved to the Pirates. Finally, he arrived at the Padres setup in 2021.
