Since the start of the season, problems have only increased for the Oakland Athletics. The American League team is last in their division and has lost fifty games this season. They have one of the poor winning rates at the moment. The A’s have also lost the support of the fans and often find themselves alone amidst the criticism. Even though they have found some success on and off the field lately, the end of the problem is still looking at a distant place for them.

Due to all the negativity surrounding them, the owners saw change in the city as a solution to all their problems. The thought behind it was that a new stadium could help them find their lost place amongst the strongest in the league. But since they shared the plan with the public, fans did not receive it well. First, the Athletics fans criticized this move, but now it’s the public at large who is against it.
