The San Diego Padres have turned around the postseason predictions in the National League this year. They are now playing a National League Championship series against the Philadelphia Phillies. Interestingly, two brothers are playing for opposite teams and competing against one another. So an MLB insider caught up with their father for a brief interview.

The Padres have persistently caused some major upsets by shockingly defeating favorites for the World Series. Entering the wildcard round against the New York Mets, the Padres won and stepped into the playoffs. A brother against a brother in San Diego Padres vs Philadelphia Phillies game

On Wednesday, the Padres catcher Austin Nola played against the Phillies’ pitcher Aaron Nola, who happens to be his brother. A.J. Nola, the father of the star siblings, attended the game with his wife at Petco Park wearing both team jerseys. As is obvious, it was a sign of support for both his sons. At one point, MLB reporter Ken Rosenthal caught up with A.J. Nola for a brief interview.
